This week we continue exploring the complex situation in the Middle East. Prof. Erin Danielle Darby is Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at University of Tennessee, and is just returning from work in Jordan. With extensive experience living and working in the area of Israel, Jordan, Palestine, Syria and Egypt, Prof. Darby will be helping us recognize our own positions and assumptions about the region, and better understand its complex history and cultures.

The KJA has purchased a block of 50 tickets to the Beck Cultural Center showing of the documentary, "The Uncomfortable Truth," a film about open and honest dialogue on race and society.
Event will be at the Tennessee Theatre on Tuesday, August 8 at 7 p.m.
