Young Jewish Adults of Knoxville

Young Jewish Adults of Knoxville (YJAK) is for post-college Jewish men and women in their 20s & 30s. YJAK works to make and strengthen Jewish connections and create opportunities for young Jews to become involved in the Jewish community and in Knoxville Jewish Alliance. Activities include direct service projects, social programs, leadership developments, educational programs and meaningful Israel experiences.

Social and Cultural Activities

Friendshippers get together for lunch once a month to enjoy a variety of lively cultural, musical, and educational presentations.

University of Tennessee faculty members, science & technology professionals, and other enthusiasts in our community present lectures on timely topics throughout the year.  

Knoxville Israeli Folk Dancers meet weekly on Thursday evenings in the gym.  Beginners are welcome.  Contact Fay.

Pickle Ball at the AJCC.  Open play on three indoor courts on Sundays from 1-3 PM (please check the community calendar for any changes to the schedule).  For more information, contact
